You want some abs, right?
You want to lose stomach fat and get a firm, flat stomach…maybe even with a little definition…maybe even a six-pack.
Who doesn’t? I know I do. That’s why I work so hard to get and maintain my physique.
It was tough, but it’s not impossible. I’m sick of hearing people say they don’t have the genetics to lose stomach fat and get a firm, flat stomach, let alone get six-pack abs.
That’s a bunch of crap! If you’re reading this, you can lose stomach fat. As a matter of fact, you can lose as much stomach fat as you want and even get that six-pack.
You just need to do things differently than you are right now.
First, if you’re not doing anything…do something. Sounds stupid, but you’d be surprised how often I need to tell people that.
Second, you need to stop doing crunches, sit-ups, twists, leg lifts, etc. Doing hundreds and thousands of those exercises every week will not help you lose stomach fat, let alone get a flat, firm stomach and they especially won’t help you get a six-pack. Not when you have a layer of flabby goo sitting on your waist line.
You need to burn the fat off your stomach and to do that you need to eat right and you need to do fat burning full body workouts.
Here’s an example of a fat loss workout I just gave to a client that was specifically designed to help him lose stomach fat and get six-pack abs.
Perform this workout as a circuit and do as many circuits as you can in 15 minutes. Do this circuit before your regular workout when you’re still fresh 2-3 times per week for the next 4 weeks.
1A) Dumbbell Split Squat – 10 reps per side
1B) “T” Push-up – 10 reps
1C) Overhead Squat – 10 reps
1D) Cross Body Mountain Climber – 30 seconds
1E) Push-up w/Dumbbell Row – 8 per arm
That workout will work your entire body, and each exercise is designed to put extra emphasis on your abs. If you do it right, you will feel it in your abs and you will lose stomach fat.
As far as fat loss nutrition and fat loss cardio go, here’s the easiest things I can tell you. When it comes to nutrition, you’ve got to eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, no juices sorry, limit any food that comes in a bag or box and cut your dinner portions by about 25%.
For cardio, stick with interval training rather than boring steady state cardio that lasts for hours upon hours on end. Interval training is proven to burn more stomach fat than steady state cardio and has helped virtually everyone I’ve ever trained lose stomach fat fast.
Now that you are armed with that fast six-pack abs workout designed to help you lose stomach fat, plus you’ve got a little more advice when it comes to fat loss nutrition and fat loss cardio…get to it!
Do the workout and eat more fruits and veggies and you will see dramatic results in terms of stomach fat. You will have a firm, flat stomach and who knows you may even get that six-pack.

Ahhh… the abs. The ultimate display of physical fitness. Everyone and their mama wants to know how to get a six pack abs. Getting a six pack is not an easy task. It is because you need to lower your body fat to around or under 10 percents in order for your abdominal muscles to show. Even if you are naturally born skinny but you never work your ab, your abs will simply look, well, skinny! With no definition whatsoever.
Okay so now that we got those little facts out of the way. Here’s how to get a six pack abs in the fastest time:
1 – You have to eat clean, very clean. Diet is the number one factor in deciding whether your abs show. Do all the crunches if you want, but if you are eating nothing but junk all day, your abs will never show. Plan your meals ahead, and eat several small meals each day. Your average meal should consist of some lean proteins, leafy veggies and whole grain carbohydrates. Avoid refined sugar and simple carbohydrates which have not much nutritional value except empty calories.
2– Starting doing your cardio exercise! Most bodybuilders only focus on muscle training and neglect all kinds of cardio workouts. Cardio workouts like swimming, running and basketball help to burn off calories as well as raise your overall metabolism. If you want to start burning your layers of abdominal fats, go running now! If all you do is muscle training and no cardio, it is very possible that you are actually increasing your waist area! Opt for 45 mins of cardio 2 to 3 times a week.
3– Last but not least, do your crunches-but no need to do hundreds of reps! If trained correctly, you only need to work on your abs 3 to 4 times a week to be effective. On the contrary, if you are doing more than 30 of each set of reps, chances are these exercises might be too easy for you. Work your lower abs as well as obliques to lose that pouch and love handles.
There you have it. A simple but super-effective plan on how to get a six pack abs. Follow this rules and you WILL see improvements in your abdominal areas in about a month. I promise.

I’m here to show you how to get six pack abs fast and in an efficent manner. I’d estimate that around 99% of people that attempt to get six pack abs end up failing. I think when it comes to such a thing, I high failure rate is unavoidable, but to have such an extremely high failure rate mainly comes from the misinformation on this subject. People just don’t know how to properly do things and when they apply the misinformation, they don’t get any results. It’s a sad thing when the marketing hype makes up a persons knowledge on a subject. I’m going to show you exactly what you’re going to need to do.
We all function under the same biology. This means you can’t make excuses by blaming it on your genetics. A lot of people are wasting their time doing too many sit ups and getting no results. You ever wonder why sit ups are useless for achieving abs? Because they don’t do anything for you. To “get abs” you need to lose the fat on top of your abs. Your ab muscles don’t eat the fat around them, when you work them, so sit ups are a waste of time. You should work your entire body, so you burn more calories and in turn, more fat.
The six pack abs fast routine wouldn’t be complete with a proper diet to go along with it. My favorite phrase I’ve heard on this comes from the bodybuilding community; abs are made in the kitchen. There is no way around this. Since we all have abs, they’re just hidden under a layer of fat, you need to follow a strict diet to get rid of it. This means it is time to start eating smaller meals more often to speed up your metabolism.

I get this question from guys all the time. What’s the easy way to get six pack abs? These days I try not to look annoyed but I admittedly don’t have a good poker face. I immediately know this guy is looking for a quick fix, a magic pill, perfect ab exercise, or top-secret diet plan that will result in this lazy bastard building six pack abs overnight. This type of clown can’t really be serious. Yes, this may seem harsh but I never verbalize this self-talk commentary. In response to his question, I pose a few questions of my own. 1. What’s the easy way to get rich? 2. What’s the easy way to bag the perfect 10 chatting it up with her girlfriends in the corner? 3. What’s the easy to be a good father? The conversation usually takes a U-turn at this point because the guy’s belief system has been challenged. Anything worth accomplishing is not going to be easy. How many people would be impressed with your ability to open a pack of gum and chew a piece? Exactly. Now that the Kevin, the dream shatterer, has caused all the losers to leave the page, let’s talk about getting ripped. “I Have All The Answers” That’s what some fitness gurus and ab diet nutrtionist would have you believe. Guys and gals who are sincere in their desire to have a washboard abs are bombarded with slick marketing campaigns that push your “hot buttons”. Touting “easy six pack abs” anything is an assault on your wallet and complete insult of your intelligence. Such tag lines are used to sell books, ab machines, diet plans, whatever. Yes, some will have helpful information for you but it won’t be the final say in whether you get your six pack. You are! What Have You Accomplished? If you have ever accomplished anything meaningful in your life, you can build a six pack to rival the Greek gods. By channeling that dedication, discipline, and determination you are 80% of the way there. For those of you who have yet to accomplish anything, I challenge you to become passionate about something before going tackling the ever-elusive six pack. You Are What You Eat If you’ve ever tried developing six pack abs before and never saw any results, you’re poor eating habits probably did you in. Forget about the ultra-restrictive, hollywood fad diets for now. Instead, focus on gradually improving your eating habits over time. This will almost completely eliminate junk food craving withdraw. Ab-solutely Do Work ‘Em Ab workout routines are necessary to develop a strong core. There’s no getting around it. Ab exercises are a distant third in importance to getting ripped abs in comparison to the first two: 1. Making the decision to after it 2. Improving your eating habits. The Newest Weapon In My Arsenal Yes, I already have six pack abs but for I have yet to take them into the stratosphere of fitness health. I enlisted a program called Six Pack Quest as a road map to help reach my goal. I’m usually not impressed by ab systems but this one outdoes many of the most popular ones 10 times over. What I like about the creator, Vince DelMonte, is that he focused on the three keys I used to get my six pack: mindset, nutrition, and exercise.

Your body is not only a wonderland but also an active breaker of chemicals. While good and bad substances are combating inside of you, you are pondering on which routines you should follow to lose the fat off your belly and get the six-pack abs of your lifetime.
Conceptions about beer belly are true. That if you drink more alcohol, the bigger your tummy can become. Lucky to those gifted with good genes that allow them to metabolize fast and naturally achieve six-pack abs. Yes, there are a few people who are genetically bestowed with good abs.
To those who are not, what you need to know are these steps so that you will be like those abs-gifted peeps. The routines to follow are in this article.
1. The market offers several junk foods that are posed as health foods per se. This is a strategy that manufacturers and marketing professionals use so that consumers are enticed to believe.
You, as a shopper, must be very aware of which foods are truthfully nutritious and which ones are diet-ruining. If you want to lose tummy fat and increase your chances of earning six-packs, don’t be deceived to eat junkies.
2. Cardio exercises can lose fat but they can be boring as well. Find your way to alternate what kind of fat-burning programs to engage in a certain period of time and explore some others later.
Consult your fitness mentor which ones are likely to burn fat triple the usual jogging and running. The more intense cardio exercise becomes, the faster you can lose fat tummy and make your way to gain six-pack abs.
3. Natural foods are better than slimming pills and tummy reduction gels. They are just costing you much. Instead of wasting your earnings, you can settle for less costly but naturally healthy diets. Fruits, veggies, lean meat, water, law-fat, low-sugar and protein are the main ingredients of a healthy diet.
4. Another truth is that using abs loungers, abs shaping machine, abs trimming belts and abs sculptor device will not give you permanent results. If you really want to lose fat and gain six-pack abs, you don’t eat high-fat foods and exercise to the max.
It is at times misleading that the models you see on TV are actually using the product being endorsed. No, they are but already-trimmed individuals who got picked to best represent the products. They really gained that perfect body through hard and intense workouts plus strict diet.
These truths should lead on the right track. Gaining six-pack abs or losing tummy fat can be achievable without having to spend so much money to buy hi-tech devices.
