Best-Abs-Diet arms legs up

Stripping away fatty acids from your tummy for good can be quite challenging. It entails hard work, consistency and determination to attain six-pack abs. Start with cardio exercises to burn fat before you do resistance training that targets to develop six-pack abs muscles at the earlier possible time.

With proper mindset that you can, you really make your way towards perfecting your abs. Consider these 5 daily habits to achieve six-pack abs so that effectiveness is within your reach:

1.Rehydrate yourself upon waking up. After a good nights rest, you must immediately address your thirst. For sure, you feel parched after hours of no water. As the sun rises, celebrate by drinking a glass of water or two. Experts tell that drinking upon rising in the morning increases the metabolism rate by 24% for the succeeding 1 hour and a half. Your muscles will also grow more effectively if you hydrate them with adequate amount of water. A gallon per day would be most fitting.

2.Do not skip eating breakfast every day. As it is the most important meal of the day, breakfast must not be missed out. Most people think its more fitting to feed yourself big during lunch, which is untrue. The moment you start the day, you must have ample energy. That is achievable by eating breakfast. Survey says that those who skip breakfast have greater chances of developing a fat tummy than those who eat regularly. Within two hours of waking, you must consume at least 250-calorie meal. You can have cereals, shake, berries or a scoop of whey protein to make a healthy breakfast.

3.Recall your goals as you feed yourself. Its important to monitor what you eat. Is it going to jeopardize your goal of gaining six-pack abs? If the food served is too high in calories, then dont indulge in it. It will only start to ruin your fitness goals. Make sure you maintain discipline in eating. Eat healthily at times, or you end up defeating the purpose of your fitness program.

4.Pack your lunch. Other than you are able to save a few bucks, preparing your lunch ahead and having it packed will put you on the right track. You can get the healthiest choice of food based on the diet plan given by your fitness guru.

5. Exercise the appropriate way. Doing the crunches immediately without taking out fats first is not right. Spend minutes of cardio to break down fats before executing endless crunches. Do not do crunches every day. Instead, you can alternate it with free weights training to target your biceps and triceps.

Make these daily habits a part of your lifestyle. Once you are attuned to doing them, it wont be hard anymore. Your body will keep craving for a healthy diet, which means you will have easier and quicker way towards getting six-pack abs.

You want some abs, right?

You want to lose stomach fat and get a firm, flat stomach…maybe even with a little definition…maybe even a six-pack.

Who doesn’t? I know I do. That’s why I work so hard to get and maintain my physique.

It was tough, but it’s not impossible. I’m sick of hearing people say they don’t have the genetics to lose stomach fat and get a firm, flat stomach, let alone get six-pack abs.

That’s a bunch of crap! If you’re reading this, you can lose stomach fat. As a matter of fact, you can lose as much stomach fat as you want and even get that six-pack.

You just need to do things differently than you are right now.

First, if you’re not doing anything…do something. Sounds stupid, but you’d be surprised how often I need to tell people that.

Second, you need to stop doing crunches, sit-ups, twists, leg lifts, etc. Doing hundreds and thousands of those exercises every week will not help you lose stomach fat, let alone get a flat, firm stomach and they especially won’t help you get a six-pack. Not when you have a layer of flabby goo sitting on your waist line.

You need to burn the fat off your stomach and to do that you need to eat right and you need to do fat burning full body workouts.

Here’s an example of a fat loss workout I just gave to a client that was specifically designed to help him lose stomach fat and get six-pack abs.

Perform this workout as a circuit and do as many circuits as you can in 15 minutes. Do this circuit before your regular workout when you’re still fresh 2-3 times per week for the next 4 weeks.

1A) Dumbbell Split Squat – 10 reps per side

1B) “T” Push-up – 10 reps

1C) Overhead Squat – 10 reps

1D) Cross Body Mountain Climber – 30 seconds

1E) Push-up w/Dumbbell Row – 8 per arm

That workout will work your entire body, and each exercise is designed to put extra emphasis on your abs. If you do it right, you will feel it in your abs and you will lose stomach fat.

As far as fat loss nutrition and fat loss cardio go, here’s the easiest things I can tell you. When it comes to nutrition, you’ve got to eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, no juices sorry, limit any food that comes in a bag or box and cut your dinner portions by about 25%.

For cardio, stick with interval training rather than boring steady state cardio that lasts for hours upon hours on end. Interval training is proven to burn more stomach fat than steady state cardio and has helped virtually everyone I’ve ever trained lose stomach fat fast.

Now that you are armed with that fast six-pack abs workout designed to help you lose stomach fat, plus you’ve got a little more advice when it comes to fat loss nutrition and fat loss cardio…get to it!

Do the workout and eat more fruits and veggies and you will see dramatic results in terms of stomach fat. You will have a firm, flat stomach and who knows you may even get that six-pack.

2 Secrets Keeping you From Six Pack Abs

Best-Abs-Diet Seated Bicycle right

Always leading the hot list are Six-Pack Abs. The gadgets and systems sold to achieve a flat stomach are one of the most controversial topics in the fitness industry. Millions of fitness gadgets, gimmicks, and machines litter the closets of homes around the world. Yet there is information crucial to your success that product makers never include in the manual. This missing information is what keeps you buying ever more “fitness products” hoping this time will be different.

First, the most critical thing for great looking six pack abs is losing the extra fat covering up your stomach muscles. Most people already have decent abdominals. No, really, you probably do too. Those secret six pack abs are just tragically hidden under layers of fat. To get these hidden stomach muscles to emerge into the light of day you must eat a diet that is right for you. You need to know what foods will work for your lifestyle and tastes.

Yet the perfect diet alone is not enough to get you a fitness model looking stomach. You must combine a diet proper for you along with the correct fat burning exercises. Only then can you get into the shape necessary to join the ranks of abdominal show-offs. Notice how I said the word ‘correct’ before ‘fat burning exercises’ in the previous sentence?

The next inconvenient truth for the fitness gadget industry is almost all of the stomach exercises recommended on TV, the Internet, in magazines, etc. are not the best way to get those six pack abs to appear. Too much focus is wasted on abdominal exercises when trying to flatten the stomach. The best exercises for losing abdominal fat are ones that work the largest portions of the body at once.

To make matters worse gadget makers are going in the extreme opposite direction by lazer focusing only on the abdominals. If you could build muscle and burn fat all day from 10-15 minutes of gadget-free exercise or burn 1000 calories in 60 minutes of moving like a hamster in a wheel, which would you choose? The industry’s problem here is that an expensive AbdomiTronic” is not required in the first scenario.

Fitness product makers know there is not much money to be made in telling people to eat right for your needs and to perform basic time-tested exercises. There is big money to be made in giving people enough information to blind them with science and then present the magical solution though. Since most people are not aware of the whole story about how to get into great shape gadget makers capitalize on that ignorance. Neat looking products are churned out that claim to wipe away all the reasons you can’t get into the shape you’ve always dreamed of. While casually leaving out any conflicting details that show the gadget is not neccessary.

To get flat abdominals and bring out your six pack losing the extra stomach fat is the top priority. Next in line after eating right is taking advantage of full body exercises to work the most muscle possible. Full-body exercises are one of the best kept secrets for sexy six pack abs. Now this information is only the starting point. As I wrote earlier you have to eat right for you and find the most effective exercises that suit you.

No doubt the questions “What actually is eating right?” and “What are those effective exercises?” popped into your head. Well, that is a completely different topic than six pack abs and a story for another day…

Top 5 Reasons Why You’ll Never Have Six Pack Abs

Best-Abs-Diet Seate Bicycle left

If you have been dreaming of six pack abs and pumping out thousands of crunches a day in the hope of being beach ready then it’s time for a reality check. Here are my top 5 reasons why you’ll never get your ripped stomach:

1. Too much Sugar – Sugar is my number one reason why you’ll never get your 6 pack abs to show. If you want that cheese grater abs look then you must keep your blood sugar levels balanced to lose fat and this means cutting out your sugars.

Most foods nowadays contain sugar in one form or another and sometimes they are hard to spot. Here’s a tip, check the ingredients of your food and drink and look for anything ending in “ose”, these are sugars in disguise eg. sucrose, glucose, maltose etc. As a general rule most things that are not fresh will contain sugars of some kind because it’s a natural preservative.

2. Too many Sit ups – Cranking out a 1000 sit-ups every morning will not give you six pack abs. There are 2 reasons why sit-ups or crunches will not help.

Firstly, performing regular sit-ups will not burn fat from around your stomach, if it was to burn any calories, which it barely does, it would come off in layers from all over the body and not just from the stomach.

Secondly, sit-ups and crunches are ineffective, bad for your back and unnatural. To really target the abs you need to address them from a number of angles. The stomach takes loads from all directions and just exercising them in one way will not get you the results you want.

3. Doing long Cardio – If you are going out for long runs or spending hours plodding along on the treadmill each week to bring out those 6 pack abs then STOP right now. Research has shown that short bursts of high intensity cardio is far more effective than long boring cardio for blasting belly fat.

So if you want that washboard stomach you need to start working at a higher intensity and for shorter periods. So, running at a fast pace for 1 minute and then walking for 2 minutes is far more effective than 3 minutes of slow paced cardio.

4. Not strength training – If you are not performing full body strength training workouts then you really are missing out on your six pack abs potential. Strength training creates muscle tone which in turn raises your metabolism, which then burns more calories for you, even at rest!

Target all the large muscles of your body and hit as many muscles in one go as you can. Base all of your workouts around the squat and the deadlift. Forget about biceps and triceps and perform all your exercises standing up so your abs are constantly working. Believe me this will bring out your abs better than any sit up or crunch.

5. Too many Toxins – The gut is used as your natural dumping ground so anything that your body doesn’t like or understand often finds itself in the gut. Too much caffeine, drugs and medication, artificial food and drink additives, smoke toxins, alcohol, all find there own hiding place in the gut. So to avoid that bloated feeling and pooch belly you have to eradicate toxins from your life.
